Waveguide Offset Shorts
Narda-MITEQ offers a series of waveguide offset shorts which provide high reflection short circuits for terminating all standard waveguides from WR650 to WR28. They are designed with a hole pattern to match the standard flanges in each waveguide. Waveguide offset shorts are available with a standard 1/8, 1/4, and 3/8 shorting distance, designed close to the center frequency of each waveguide size.
The frequency these are designed to allow the units to have extraordinary electrical performance across each of the different waveguide frequency bands. These are also available with a custom shorting distance as a special order. Please call us and discuss your needs with one of our design engineers.
