Waveguide Crossguide Directional Couplers

Narda-MITEQ manufactures Crossguide directional couplers covering a the Ka-Band frequency range in either brass or aluminum. 

Multiple flange and Coaxial connector types and configurations are available.  Pressure sealed Ka-Band Crossguide Directional Couplers are also available for microwave applications that require sealed systems.

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS ( All Options )
CROSSGUIDE DIRECTIONAL COUPLERS
  • Single Arm standard, Multi Arm model available
  • Available in Aluminum or Copper/Brass
  • Narda-MITEQ's 300 series typically handles the full guide rating in the forward direction
  • Coupling: 30, 40, 50dB (other values available consult factory for details)
  • Internal termination rated at 2 watts.  In the reverse direction or when used as injector the internal termination shouldn't see more than 2 watts CW

Nominal Coupling: +/- 0.5dB
Frequency Sensitivity: +/- 1.00dB max.
Directivity: 20dB min.
VSWR  Waveguide: 1.05 max.  Coax: 1.25 max.
Mechanical
Construction: Aluminum or Brass/Copper per order
Pressure Capability (if specified): 15 psi
Connectors: Stainless Steel
Finish: Unique corrosion resistant 316 stainless steel epoxy coating IAW MIL-F-14072
Options
Pressure Sealed Units: Add "/PT" to model number.
Example P/N: 430-300A-20-2-2-2-2
Sealed P/N: 430-300A-20-2-2-2-2/PT
Note: Pressure sealed units will hold 15 psi assuming all waveguide and coax ports are mated and sealed.
