Variable Attenuators For Ka-Band
These Continuously Variable Attenuators have been selected from our standard product line and have been custom tuned for Ka-Band application, covering the waveguide sizes WR51 through WR28. The attenuating elements have been trimmed to provide a smooth adjustment in attenuation, all models have a maximum VSWR of 1.15 and a maximum insertion loss of 0.5dB.
The assembly construction includes a multi-turn dial useful for adjusting attenuation, and can be calibrated at a spot frequency upon request. The flat with frequency model provides the same attenuation value set across the full frequency band to within the flatness spec or better. Other dB value are available upon request.
