Does Narda-MITEQ Make What I am Looking For?
Narda-MITEQ manufactures thousands of different coaxial and waveguide components from over 25 different product lines. All of our product lines, along with our most standard models, can be seen on our website; however, Narda-MITEQ also manufactures custom products to both customer and Narda-MITEQ designs. How Do I Request A Price Quote?
US DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
Select a valid Narda-MITEQ Model number from Narda-MITEQ’s website or catalog. Once you have selected a model number, visit the Request for Quote webpage, contact the Narda-MITEQ factory, or your local Narda-MITEQ Sales Representative. They can assist you with questions you may have and provide you with price, availability and delivery information. All quotes include product pricing only.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (With local Representatives)
Select a valid Narda-MITEQ Model number from Narda-MITEQ’s website or catalog. Once you have selected a model number, visit the Request for Quote webpage, or contact your local Narda-MITEQ Sales Representative. Narda-MITEQ Representatives are trained to quote in your local market and can assist you with questions you may have regarding technical information as well as provide you with price, in your local currency, availability and delivery information.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Without local Representatives)

How Do I Request A Pro Forma?
Pro Forma invoices are usually requested by International customers that are required to pay by wire transfer at the time of order.
Follow these steps to request a Pro Forma:
Step 1: Request a Quote:
First you must request and receive a general quotation from an Narda-MITEQ Sales Representative. ( How to request a quote ) This quote is informal and need not include exact items and quantities you’re planning to order.
Step 2: Request a Pro Forma:
When ready to order, send the Narda-MITEQ Representative who quoted you a detailed list of exact models and quantities you wish to order, and request a Pro Forma. Your Pro Forma will include Narda-MITEQ’s total charge to you, including shipping and handling fees. Pro Forma are valid for 60 days.
Step 3: Place a Formal Order:
Pro Forma invoices do not replace your official P.O. Work will not begin until Narda-MITEQ has received an official Purchase Order on your company’s letterhead, referencing the Pro Forma number and then payment.
How Do I Open An Account With Narda-MITEQ?
We welcome open accounts and hope that you will become a repeat customer!
All customers that expect to become repeat customers can open an account with your first order by supplying Credit and Bank references. Please note we have a $1000 min order for new customers wanting net 30 terms and require 1 week min for credit checks. After an open account is approved, all future orders will require a $200 minimum order size.

How Do I Place An Order?
All orders are placed IAW Narda-MITEQ’s terms and conditions.
US DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS
Orders may only be placed after receiving a VALID quote from Narda-MITEQ or your local Sales Representative.
Ordering by Purchase Order:
$200 minimum for existing customer with open accounts.
$1000 min for new customers wanting net 30 terms. Requires 1 week min for credit checks.
Send us your order on your company’s official letterhead. Be sure to include qty, model number, frequency range, product name, all shipping instructions and quote reference. Any non standard feature must be resolved prior to order to avoid any misunderstandings when processing your order.

Ordering by Credit Card (Amex, Visa, MasterCard or Discover) $200 minimum:
Fill out our credit card authorization form (PDF), in its entirety. Be sure to use the price and delivery dates quoted. After the form is completed, print, sign and fax to 631-231-1711, Attention: Sales person who quoted you. Please reference or include a copy of your quote.

Narda-MITEQ prefers to receive a copy of your order before we issue a formal Pro Forma to avoid any error in qty and shipping charges. Your Pro Forma invoice will include all costs associated with your order including product pricing, shipping and handling costs, bank fees etc. All orders will be shipped, pre-paid best way possible by Narda-MITEQ and included in your Pro Forma invoice, unless otherwise specified.

Can I Deal With The Factory Direct?
At Narda-MITEQ we welcome your calls and have trained sales and technical staff available to assist you; however, Depending on your location you may need to contact your local Narda-MITEQ representative for price and delivery information. Please see below for details.
If you are a Domestic US customer or an International customer who DOES NOT have a local Narda-MITEQ representative in your region you may request a quote and/or place an order direct with the factory.
If you are an international customer who DOES have a local Narda-MITEQ representative in your region you must request a quote and/or place an order through your local representative.
Does Narda-MITEQ Stock Any Products?
Yes, Narda-MITEQ normally has a limited quantity of our most popular products in stock such as power dividers, coaxial couplers & terminations, waveguide to coax adapters, flexible twistable waveguide and various waveguide hardware. Our stock items can ship in less than one week.

Does Narda-MITEQ Have Any Stocking Distributors?
No, Narda-MITEQ does not have stocking distributors however the factory keeps a limited quantity of frequently used products in stock. If you have an immediate need for an item currently not in stock contact the factory direct to see if a quick delivery is possible.
Can Narda-MITEQ Improve My Quoted Delivers?
Delivery information is normally provided as a band of weeks. For example: 4-6 weeks. This represents the current best case/worst case delivery time; however, your order will be entered with a due date of the worst case scenario quoted (in this case 6 weeks). We always try out best to meet the best case scenario date (in this case 4 weeks) and when truly needed it is doable, but you would need to speak with the Sales Representative that quoted you and express that you absolutely need the best case scenario date.
From time to time even the best case scenario date is not quick enough. If this is the case please contact the Sales Representative that quoted you, explain the situation and we will try and accommodate your needs. In order to meet your needs it is important you specify your actual need date and not just ASAP or the best delivery you can make.
Narda-MITEQ reserves the right to change a quoted delivery at the time of order depending on current production schedules.
How Do I Request An Order Acknowledgement?
At Narda-MITEQ it is our policy to acknowledge all orders within 7 days of receipt of order; however, if we have failed to send you an acknowledgement please email componentsnm@nardamiteq.com Be sure to include your company name and PO number.
What Is The Narda-MITEQ Product Warranty?
Narda-MITEQ warrants each product to be free from defect in workmanship and materials for one year from date of shipment. Arrange with Narda-MITEQ to have any product found defective under normal use during this one year period to be returned to the factory where it will be repaired or replaced. Narda-MITEQ shall not be liable for transportation, installation or consequential damages. Narda-MITEQ makes no other warranty expressed or implied.
How Do I Return A Product For Warranty Or Non-Warranty Repair?
You should contact Narda-MITEQ’s QC department at componentsnm@nardamiteq.com for a return authorization number (RMA #). We will need the following information: Model #, PO#, serial#, Qty to be returned, AND reason for return.
After we receive the parts we will evaluate them and if the unit is covered under warranty it will be repaired and returned in an expeditious manner. If the unit is out of warranty we will contact you for a repair PO #. We must have a repair PO # before we can perform a charged repair.
What Is The Narda-MITEQ Quality Control System?

Advanced Technical Materials Inc. is an industry leader with a quality control system that is ISO compliant, and customer audited. All components are fully tested and inspected mechanically and electronically prior to shipment. Advanced Technical Materials is a “Certified” supplier to many large Prime Contractors.

What Mil-Specs Do The Narda-MITEQ Products Meet?
Narda-MITEQ products meet or exceed the requirements of Mil-E-5400 and MIL-E-16400.
They are widely used in ground based, ship board and airborne systems for military, space, and industrial applications.
